Shipment and payments
Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we ship with Swiss Post or DHL.
We use DHL for international shipments. Shipment expenses are proportionately. Exports are shipped free of Swiss VAT:
on import, the consignee must pay national duties and taxes to DHL!
Ordered items are being shipped within 5 days after the payment is received on one of our bank accounts. Items which are out of stock usually will be shipped within 10 days after payment is received.
