Shipment and payments

Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we ship with Swiss Post.

We use UPS for international shipments. Shipment expenses are calculated country dependent. Exports are shipped free of Swiss VAT - on import, the consignee must pay national duties and taxes to UPS.

Ordered items are being shipped within 5 days after the payment is received on one of our bank accounts. Items which are out of stock usually will be shipped within 10 days after payment is received.
